Colleen Roller is a highly qualified, skilled teacher. She holds a Master of Music in Composition from the University of Calgary, and is Associate of the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto in Piano Performance. A member of Alberta Registered Music Teachers (ARMTA) and Alberta Piano Teachers Association (APTA), she has taught a variety of piano, music theory, and music history courses at the College level and has taught piano lessons to people of all ages.
Affirming and gracious, Colleen is dedicated to help her music students pursue their personal interests and goals to develop to their full potential as intelligent, artistic musicians. She has published a collection of piano pieces, inspired by her students, entitled "Portraits on Black and White" and is actively involved as pianist with New West Symphony & Chorus and Voix Des Rocheuses.
